Terms & Conditions

                   Customised/Bespoke Teamwear Terms & Conditions

  1. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

  • Ownership: All designs, digital mock-ups, and creative concepts created by The Print & Dance House LTD remain our exclusive intellectual property. These designs may not be reproduced, imitated, or shared with other manufacturers.
  • Logo Permissions: By providing logos, crests, or trademarks, the Customer warrants they have the full legal right and permission to use them. The Print & Dance House LTD accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied assets.
  • Social Media: We reserve the right to post photos of your designs and finished uniforms on our social media platforms. To respect your "big reveal," we will only do this after your club’s official public release or event.
  1. The Sampling Process (Highly Recommended)

To ensure 100% satisfaction, we strongly advocate that customers purchase one completed "Sample" garment before placing a full team order.

  • This allows you to personally verify the quality, sizing, and colour accuracy.
  • Ordering a sample provides the opportunity to make design refinements or fit adjustments before the final bulk production begins.
  • Proceeding directly to a bulk order without a sample is done at the customer's own risk; we cannot guarantee 100% colour matching to digital screens.
  1. Sizing & Care Instructions

Bespoke rhinestone Practice Wear and Competition Uniforms.

  • Sizing: Customers must refer to our provided Sizing Guide. We cannot offer refunds for items that do not fit if they match the measurements in our guide.
  • Rhinestone Care: To preserve the integrity of the embellishments, all rhinestone items are Spot Clean/handwash Only.
    • Do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer.
    • Gently clean the affected area with warm soapy water and lay flat to dry.
    • The Print & Dance House LTD is not liable for damage caused by improper fabric and garment care.
    • Colour Variance: Minor variations in colour shades may occur between different production batches (dye lots). While we strive for consistency, we cannot guarantee an exact match between separate batches of orders placed.

Sublimation Clothing

  • Wash Cold: Machine wash inside out at 30°C or below to keep colours vibrant.
  • Mild Detergent Only: Avoid fabric softeners or harsh stain removers, as these can dull the finish.
  • No Tumble Dry: Hang or lay flat to air dry. Tumble drying poses a high risk of shrinkage and fabric damage.
  • Avoid washing with "rough" items like denim or towels to prevent pilling.
  • Do Not Iron: High heat can damage the synthetic fibres and the print itself.
  • Do Not Dry Clean: This process uses chemicals that can degrade the sublimation dye.

DTF logos and Designs (Design to Film)

  • Wash Cold: Machine wash at 30°C or below. High temperatures can soften the adhesive and cause the print to lift.
  • Wash Inside Out: This is the most important step to prevent other clothes from rubbing against and scratching the design.
  • Mild Detergent Only: Avoid fabric softeners or harsh stain removers, which can break down the bond between the film and the fabric.
  • No Tumble Dry: Hang or lay flat to dry. Tumble drying causes the print to crack and the garment to shrink.
  • Do Not Iron: Never iron directly over the print. If ironing the rest of the garment, use a cool setting and stay away from the design.
  • Do Not Dry Clean: The chemicals used in dry cleaning will dissolve the DTF adhesive.
  1. Payment & Firm Order Policy

  • Payment: Full payment is required upfront. Production will be booked on the next working day after funds have cleared.
  • No Changes: Once the final design is confirmed and the order is placed, no cancellations or modifications (sizes, names, or designs) can be accepted.
  • Refunds: Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to manufacturing faults. "Change of mind" or user error is not eligible for a return. Faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Personalised Goods: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a customer’s specification."

Bespoke Order & Top-Up Policy

To maintain the high standard of craftsmanship required for custom-made uniforms and to manage the complexities of international logistics, the following order requirements apply.

. Initial Custom Orders

For all new designs and bespoke concepts, we require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 20 full sets. This allows us to absorb the technical setup costs and provide a competitive price point per item.

. Multi-Team Club Orders (Special Provision)

We offer a reduced MOQ for clubs managing multiple internal teams or age groups. If your club is placing orders for two or more distinct teams simultaneously (e.g., U12, U14, and Seniors), we will reduce the MOQ to 10 full sets per team.

  • The Benefit: This allows smaller teams within a large club to access bespoke designs without meeting the standard 20-unit threshold, provided the total club volume supports a production run.

. Top-Up Orders (Existing Designs)

Following an initial order, we offer "top-up" runs for new members with a lower MOQ of 5 items per style (e.g., 5 jackets or 5 training kits).

  • Small-Batch Premium: Orders for fewer than 20 units (outside of the Multi-Team provision above) will incur a price increase. This covers the manual interruption of production lines and the significantly higher international shipping costs associated with small parcels.

. Consolidated Shipping & Lead Times

To avoid passing on high individual freight charges, all orders under 20 units are consolidated and shipped with our next scheduled international delivery. Consequently, lead times for these orders may be longer than your initial bulk order.

5.Branding & Identification

  • Standard Branding: To ensure the authenticity and quality of our garments, all items manufactured by The Print & Dance House LTD will include a small, discreet company logo.
  • Placement: This branding is a standard part of our manufacturing process and is applied in a subtle, professional manner that does not detract from your custom team design.
  • Removable: This identification is a mark of our craftsmanship however it can be removed from the garments. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and accept this as a standard feature of our apparel and unless advised to remove before the final design the branding will automatically be added to your items.
  1. Lead Times & International Logistics

Our standard lead time is 4–6 weeks, but this is an estimate.

  • Holidays: Production and shipping times may be affected by UK Public Holidays and Chinese National Holidays (such as Golden Week or Lunar New Year) throughout the year.
  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by international shipping carriers, UK Customs clearance, or global logistics disruptions.
  1. Delivery & Insurance

  • Shipping Costs: Once your order arrives at our office and passes our quality checks, we will weigh the consignment. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, which will be agreed upon and paid once the final weight is confirmed.
  • Courier Choice: We recommend using Royal Mail, which offers up to £2,500 compensation per parcel for missing or damaged items.
  • Liability: The Print & Dance House LTD is not liable for items lost or damaged by the courier once they have been dispatched from our premises.
  1. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability Cap: The Company’s total liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to the total value of the Goods supplied.
  • Indirect Loss: The Company accepts no liability for consequential loss, loss of profit, or other indirect costs (such as competition entry fees or travel costs) arising from the use of, or delay in, our Goods.

"While we strive to meet every competition deadline, we strongly recommend ordering 8-10 weeks in advance of your event to allow for any unforeseen global shipping delays. The Print & Dance House LTD cannot be held responsible for missed competition dates due to courier delays."

Acceptance of Terms By paying your invoice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above by The Print & Dance House LTD.
